Why can't I claim kUSD immediately?

Because the system only begins to aggregate rewards into kUSD at the end of each epoch.

Why is there a difference between estimated and actual kUSD received?

Because after each epoch ends, profits from the vault are added to the value of existing kUSD. Therefore, to ensure the value of newly minted kUSD is equal to existing kUSD, users can only receive the amount of kUSD corresponding to their USDC deposit at the end of the epoch.

If I don't claim my kUSD, will this amount decrease in subsequent Epochs?

No, once the amount of kUSD you can claim is determined at the end of the epoch when you deposit USDC, this amount is fixed whether you claim it or not. You can claim it at any time afterward.
